Anti-two-block switches

Anti-two-block switches safeguard winches, hydraulic jacks or cranes. They are emergency pull-wire switches with a special design. They are used to prevent e.g. a crane hook from crashing into the boom head while lifting loads. The anti-two-block switch is triggered when the hook block reaches the upper limit point and raises the counterweight.

The reliable anti-two-block switches from steute were developed especially for use in extreme ambient conditions and are thus ideally suited to shipbuilding and port technology applications.

The anti-two-block switches are also available as explosion-proof variants.
